We really appreciate all of the services our vendors provide and would like to invite you to become a Preferred Vendor by advertising your company’s services in our newsletter entitled, “Beven & Brock HOA News & Views”, which we publish every 60 days.

We have recently reduced the cost of a 1” x 2.5“ (approx. size) SMALL ad space to $175.00 per issue. And the LARGE Ad 2” x 3” (approx. size) is $250.00 per issue. Discount plans are available for vendors who wish to have their ad run in each issue for one full year (6 issues).

 Small Ads for ONE year (6 issues), paid in advance, 20% discount = $840.00

Large Ads for ONE Year (6 issues), paid in advance, 20% discount = $1200.00

There is also a one-time set-Up charge of $30.00 for all new ads. However, we will waive the set up charge for all Ads paid in advance for ONE year.

Space is limited to 18 vendors per issue. Expansion may be considered at a later date. And only TWO –THREE vendors will be allowed to advertise, per trade or industry in each newsletter.

Each issue currently goes out to approx. 7000 HOA Board Members, Homeowners, Condo owners and HOA managers and our mailing list keeps growing every month.
