Beven & Brock Property Management Company, Inc. believes that highly qualified, creative, and well motivated individuals will do their best with minimal direction and supervision from management. The JOB is to get the job done, and to do it well. They are not overly concerned with the method each individual may employ to attain that end. They will attempt to provide guidelines where we feel that they will be helpful, but they will not suppress the vital individual spirit that will be an essential ingredient in Beven & Brock Property Management, Inc.’s future successes.

Neither Fin Beven nor Dave Brock directly manage any properties. They do trust and rely on their staff for most of this. HOWEVER, each is available to help any employee, to assist property owners, board members, or tenants if the staff is currently busy with other projects. Dave and Fin plan their office time and vacation times so that at least one of them will be directly available, almost all of the time.

Fin and Dave offer their direct-dial numbers to anyone who associates with the company: property owners, tenants, HOA owners, HOA board-members and directors, and vendors. If there is a problem, if there is some way they may be able to help, they want to be the first to know.
